  6-14 وسيُنفذ برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة في تدريس القانون الدولي ودراسته ونشره وزيادة تفهمه من خلال ما يلي: (أ) إعداد وإصدار المنشورات القانونية، مثل الحولية القانونية للأمم المتحدة، وحولية لجنة القانون الدولي، والمجموعة التشريعية للأمم المتحدة، والتقارير المتعلقة بقرارات التحكيم الدولية، ووقائع مؤتمرات التدوين، وملخصات الأحكام والفتاوى والأوامر الصادرة عن محكمة العدل الدولية، فضلا عن المنشورات المخصصة الصادرة بشأن القانون الدولي العام؛ (ب) وضع المناهج وتنظيم الدورات والحلقات الدراسية بشأن شتى مواضيع القانون الدولي؛ (ج) الاستكمال المستمر للمواقع الشبكية الخاصة باللجنة السادسة ولجنة القانون الدولي، والمتعلقة بتدوين القانون الدولي، بما يتفق والولايات القائمة.

  6-15 وسيجري تنفيذ برنامج الأمم المتحدة لتدريس القانون الدولي ودراسته ونشره وزيادة تفهمه من خلال ما يلي: (أ) إعداد وإصدار المنشورات القانونية، مثل ”الحولية القانونية للأمم المتحدة“، و ”حولية لجنة القانون الدولي“، و ”المجموعة التشريعية للأمم المتحدة“، و”التقارير المتعلقة بقرارات التحكيم الدولية“، ووقائع مؤتمرات التدوين، و ”ملخصات الأحكام والفتاوى والأوامر الصادرة عن محكمة العدل الدولية“، فضلا عن المنشورات المخصوصة الصادرة بشأن القانون الدولي العام؛ (ب) وضع المناهج وتنظيم الدورات والحلقات الدراسية بشأن شتى مواضيع القانون الدولي؛ (ج) إدارة مكتبة الأمم المتحدة السمعية - البصرية في مجال القانون الدولي المفتوحة أمام جميع الدول ومؤسساتها التعليمية والوكالات الحكومية، وتوسيع نطاقها؛ (د) الاستكمال المستمر للمواقع الشبكية الخاصة باللجنة السادسة ولجنة القانون الدولي، والمتعلقة بتدوين القانون الدولي، بما يتفق والولايات القائمة. وسيجري تقديم المساعدة بوجه خاص إلى البلدان النامية في شكل زمالات وحلقات دراسية، كما سيشمل ذلك توفير سبل الاطلاع على منشورات الأمم المتحدة القانونية.
